Chapter 2 Crew Introduction The units to be sold include: 2×180MW gas-steam combined cycle generating units and ancillary equipment. During operation, the entire generator set was in good condition and had stable performance. After exiting operation, all equipment of the unit has been receiving excellent and professional maintenance and is always in a standby state. 一.The first gas -steam combined cycle generator set (一)The first gas -steam combined cycle generator set 1. The #1 gas turbine generator set is produced by the French branch of the American GE Company . The model is MS-9001E (PG9171E) , turbine number: 890047 . Rotating speed: 3000RPM, rated power: 123.4MW . The gas turbine is started by an electric motor and the fuel is light diesel / heavy oil /natural gas . Generator model: 1# machine: 954*010; capacity is 170MVA, voltage level 15KV, frequency 50HZ, power factor 0.8, cooling method is air cooling, three-phase two-pole; excitation method is brushless excitation. The control system is MARK-6e. 2. The boiler is a Q1153/526-173.6(33.3)-5.9(0.67)/500(257) (no supplementary combustion, three-pressure, suspended vertical, forced circulation) waste heat boiler produced by Hangzhou Boiler Group. 3. The steam turbine is an N60-5.6/0.56/527/255 double -pressure, single-shaft, single-cylinder, impulse, condensing steam turbine generator produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Factory Co. , Ltd. 4. The first gas-steam combined cycle power generation unit ( #1 gas turbine, #2 boiler and #2 steam turbine ) was put into commercial operation on November 9, 2004 (burning heavy oil), and was converted to oil in January 2010. Natural gas, LNG natural gas power generation operation was completed in November 2010, and natural gas was connected to the CNOOC pipeline in July 2014. The #1 gas turbine has operated for a total of 36,770 hours (including 1,7000 hours of heavy oil operation ) , with 2,356 ignition starts and 51 interruptions. ( 1 ) In February 2010, the #1 machine underwent its first planned overhaul (in conjunction with the oil-to-gas conversion). The overhaul mainly replaced the turbine first-stage moving blade (new WOOD part), the first-stage nozzle and the compressor first-stage stator blade, and replaced the #2 and #3 bearings . These two gas-fired units were stopped under normal use at the end of December 2023. The current situation is that the output power has been disconnected from the network and the gas has been disconnected. All equipment is under normal maintenance. The insulation and heating of some generators, the dehumidification and insulation of the control cabinet, and the water circulation system are all under protection. Costs for disassembly, packing of containers, and transportation to the port are being assessed. ( 2 ) In April 2015, the #1 gas turbine underwent mid-term maintenance and DLN transformation was carried out simultaneously . The first stage turbine blade and #2 bearing bush front and rear air seals were replaced. ( 3 ) In December 2016, gas turbine #1 underwent planned overhaul . Mainly replaced the turbine second-stage moving blade, third-stage moving blade (GE new part), first-stage nozzle, second-stage nozzle, first-stage compound ring, second-stage compound ring and compressor second-stage stator vane, and replaced #2 , #3 bearing. ( 4 ) In December 2018, the #1 gas turbine underwent maintenance . Mainly replaced the #2 bearing bush front and rear air seals, air intake filter element and intake filter stainless steel bracket, primary and secondary fuel nozzles, transition section, #4 bearing bush top shaft oil pipe; oil mist separator system modification, air intake filter chamber and inlet filter Gas elbow anti-corrosion, etc. (5) #2 steam turbine will undergo planned overhaul in 2007 and 2015. (6) The #1 gas turbine generator underwent planned overhauls in January 2007 (processing of corrugated sheets in the stator slot of GE) and April 2015. Generator #2 will undergo planned overhaul in April 2015 . ( 7 ) In January 2010, the company switched from oil to gas, and furnace #2 was overhauled. Mainly increase the heating surface of the #2 boiler condensate pipe box and remove all soot blowing systems of the boiler. In May 2014, the #3 gas turbine underwent mid-term maintenance. The DLN transformation work was completed simultaneously. 3. Mid-term revision was carried out on March 3, 2016. Replace the first stage turbine blades and transition section; 4. In December 2017, the #3 gas turbine underwent planned overhaul. Mainly replace the turbine with one jet and two jets, one return, two return, two motion and three motion. 5. Steam turbine #4 will undergo planned overhaul in 2008 and 2014. 6. The #3 gas turbine generator underwent planned overhaul in December 2006 (the corrugated sheet in the stator slot of GE Company was processed) and March 2014. The heating surface of the #4 boiler condensate pipe box was mainly increased, and all the soot blowing systems of the boiler were removed.

Generator model: 1# machine: 954*010; capacity is 170MVA, voltage level 15KV, frequency 50HZ, power factor 0.8, cooling method is air cooling, three-phase two-pole; excitation method is brushless excitation. The control system is MARK-6e.

2. The boiler is a Q1153/526-173.6(33.3)-5.9(0.67)/500(257) (no supplementary combustion, three-pressure, suspended vertical, forced circulation) waste heat boiler produced by Hangzhou Boiler Group.

3. The steam turbine is an N60-5.6/0.56/527/255 double -pressure, single-shaft, single-cylinder, impulse, condensing steam turbine generator produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Factory Co. , Ltd.

4. (5) #2 steam turbine will undergo planned overhaul in 2007 and 2015.

(6) The #1 gas turbine generator underwent planned overhauls in January 2007 (processing of corrugated sheets in the stator slot of GE) and April 2015. Generator #2 will undergo planned overhaul in April 2015 .
